Chukryeong Mountain forest had been under the care of Chunwon Jong-Guk Lim for 40 years since 1956 on the ground of more than 72 acres. The unique fragrance and mood that Japanese cedar and Japanese cypress give out is refreshing. This forest has an exotic atmosphere. The forest is known for being a successful forestation project in Korea. Also, the road through the forest is linked to the nearest village, Moam Mountain village. The village has forest cabins and natural recreation forests. You can enjoy the unique scenery of Geumgok Cinema village, a place harmonized with the natural surroundings. It is popular as a resting place for familes. There is a tourist farm located at the entrance of the mountain, Chuam-ri, Seosam-myeon.

Near the largest artificial forestation place in Korea, Chukryeong Mountain recreation forest is a good place to rest within the beautiful nature. It is operated by the residents of Moam village, Seosam-myeon, and profits from the cabins are used for the development of the village. |

There are 4 buildings of 10 pyeong in size, and also the environment is beautiful. Wooden houses have facilities for resting and cooking. The rent is \50,000 (5 persons) per night, and non-polluting shiitake mushrooms that are produced in the village are served for free. |
